Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Rosa Jacquelin, a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS #2839768) affiliated with NEXA Lending LLC (NMLS #1660690), collects, uses, shares, and protects information through RosaJacquelin.com, my webinar registration and landing pages, and related forms and communications. It applies wherever this policy is linked, including advertising landing pages hosted on my marketing platform.

I have tried to write this in plain language. If anything here is unclear, call me at 305-952-1388 and I'll explain it.

Information I collect

Information you give me directly. When you fill out a form, register for a webinar, join the webinar waitlist, book a call, or contact me, I may collect:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • The topics or loan types you tell me you're interested in
  • General information about your situation that you choose to share — timeline, property type, employment type, or questions you ask
  • The content of emails, text messages, and voicemails you send me

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, my website platform may record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, the pages you viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to understand how the site is performing.

What I do not collect on this website. This website does not collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth, bank account or credit card numbers, or credit report data. That information is only collected through a secure loan application, described below.

Loan applications are handled separately

If you decide to apply for a mortgage, you'll be directed to a secure application portal operated on behalf of NEXA Lending LLC. Information you submit there — including sensitive financial information — is collected and governed by NEXA Lending LLC and its application provider, not by this website.

Mortgage lending is subject to the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, which requires a separate privacy notice covering nonpublic personal financial information. You will receive that notice in connection with your loan application, and it governs how your financial information is handled during the lending process.

How I use your information

  • To respond to your questions and return your calls, emails, and texts
  • To send you webinar invitations, confirmations, reminders, and replay links you requested
  • To provide mortgage information, rate and program updates, and educational content you asked to receive
  • To schedule and conduct consultations
  • To improve the website and understand which content is useful
  • To meet legal, regulatory, licensing, and recordkeeping obligations

Text messages and phone calls

If you give me your phone number and agree to be contacted, I may send you text messages about webinars you registered for and about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not remove you from email, and does not affect your ability to work with me.

Consent to receive text messages is never shared with or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes. Your consent applies only to messages from me.

Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of receiving any loan, product, or service.

How I share your information

I do not sell your personal information. I do not rent or trade your contact information to data brokers, lead buyers, or other marketers.

I share information only in these situations:

  • Service providers. The platforms that run my website, customer relationship management system, scheduling calendar, email and text messaging, and webinars process your information on my behalf. They are permitted to use it only to provide those services.
  • NEXA Lending LLC. As my sponsoring mortgage broker, NEXA Lending LLC may receive information relating to your inquiry or loan.
  • Lenders and settlement providers. If you apply for a mortgage, information is shared with lenders, underwriters, credit reporting agencies, title companies, appraisers, and similar parties as necessary to process your loan.
  • Other professionals, only with your permission. If you ask me to coordinate with your real estate agent, attorney, accountant, or financial advisor, I will.
  • Legal and regulatory requirements. When required by law, regulation, subpoena, audit, or examination by a regulator.

Cookies and website analytics

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working properly and to measure traffic and page performance. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not function normally if you disable them.

Advertising, pixels, and retargeting

I advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and may advertise on Google. To measure whether those ads work, my website and webinar landing pages include advertising and analytics tags, including the Meta Pixel and Google Ads and Google Analytics tags.

These tags collect information such as your device type, browser, IP address, the pages you viewed, and whether you completed an action like registering for a webinar. This allows me to:

  • See how many people who clicked an ad went on to register
  • Avoid showing you an ad for a webinar you already signed up for
  • Show you my ads again on Facebook, Instagram, or other sites after you've visited a page of mine (retargeting)
  • Build audiences of people with similar interests

Meta and Google process this information under their own privacy policies and may combine it with information they already hold about you. I do not send them your loan details, income, credit information, or any sensitive financial information.

How to limit this. You can adjust ad personalization in your Facebook, Instagram, and Google account settings, use your browser's cookie and tracking controls, or opt out through industry tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info. Blocking these tags does not prevent you from using the site or registering for a webinar.

How long I keep information

I keep inquiry and marketing information for as long as you remain on my list or as long as needed to respond to you, and I remove it on request. Information connected to a mortgage application or closed loan is retained by NEXA Lending LLC for the periods required by federal and state lending regulations, which are generally measured in years.

Security

I use reputable service providers and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information I hold. No website, email, or text message is completely secure, so please don't send Social Security numbers, account numbers, or other sensitive financial details by email or text. Use the secure application portal or call me instead.

Your choices

  • Email. Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.
  • Text messages. Reply STOP to any text.
  • Phone calls. Tell me, and I'll note it and stop calling.
  • Access, correction, or deletion. Email [email protected] or call 305-952-1388 and I'll confirm what I have, correct it, or delete it, subject to any records I'm legally required to keep.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. I'll honor those requests regardless of your state.

Children

This website is intended for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact me and I'll delete it.

Links to other websites

This site links to third-party websites, including loan application portals, NMLS Consumer Access, and social media profiles. I'm not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. Review their policies separately.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy as my tools or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
