These Terms of Use govern your use of RosaJacquelin.com, my webinar registration and landing pages, my live and recorded webinars, and any related forms, emails, and text messages (together, the "Site and Services"). They apply wherever these Terms are linked.
The Site and Services are provided by Rosa Jacquelin, a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS #2839768) affiliated with NEXA Lending LLC (NMLS #1660690).
By using the Site and Services, registering for a webinar, or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
Everything on this website and in my webinars is general educational information about mortgage financing. It is not financial, legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and it is not a recommendation about any specific loan, property, or transaction.
Mortgage outcomes depend entirely on individual circumstances — your income, credit, assets, debts, the property, the lender's guidelines, and current market conditions. When you submit a form, you're asking me to contact you. I may reply by email, phone, or text message using the information you provide.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out or HELP for help, and use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of receiving any loan, product, or service.

Please give accurate information when you fill out a form, and don't submit someone else's contact details without their permission. You agree not to use the Site and Services to break any law, to interfere with the site's operation or security, to scrape or harvest data, to send unsolicited commercial messages, or to impersonate anyone.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site and Services.
The text, design, graphics, photographs, webinar presentations, recordings, and other material on the Site and Services are owned by me or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws.

I don't guarantee that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses, or that any information on them is complete, current, or accurate. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site and Services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
I may update these Terms as my services or legal obligations change. The effective date above will reflect the most recent version, and continuing to use the Site and Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. My not enforcing a provision at any given moment doesn't waive my right to enforce it later.
